Reading, Writing and the Brain

The keynote speaker, Dr. Nancy Cushen White, a  professor at the University of California-San Francisco will discuss "The Reading Brain: Are Reading and Writing Unnatural Acts?"  The day-long event will feature breakout sessions with topics of interest to parents and educators. Look for registration to open on the IDA's website by March 1. CEUs, college credit and a limited number of scholarships will be available.
